They come on the card shown at no additional charge to show the bookmark’s function, but the back is blank so there is plenty of room for you to write a message if you’d like. They come as a SET OF TWO. 

If you’d like the colors changed, for the whole bookmark to be a solid color of wood stain, or for the whole bookmark to be a pattern…please write in the space provided.
