Refund policy

 

We want you to love your Whimsy Wares goodies! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle it:

Returns & Refunds:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

What’s not eligible:

    •    Custom or personalized items. When you place a custom order with Whimsy Wares, you’re part of the creation process from start to finish. We’ll send you previews, check-ins, and final approvals — nothing gets sent out unless you’re happy with the finished product. Because of that, custom items are non-refundable.

    •    Sale items (they’re final sale, no take-backsies)

How to request a refund:

Shoot us an email at whimsywaresbyb@gmail.com with your order number, what went wrong, and any photos if applicable. We’ll get back to you ASAP with next steps.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for processing.

Shipping:

Return shipping is on you, unless we made a mistake on our end.
