Shipping Policy

We’re just as excited as you are to get your Whimsy Wares in the mail! Here’s how we handle shipping:

Processing Time:

Most ready-to-ship items go out within 3–5 business days.

Custom orders may take a bit longer — we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way!

Shipping Rates:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We do our best to keep it affordable!

Delivery Time:

Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number so you can stalk your package like we all do.

Delivery times vary, but typically take 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Local Delivery/Pick Up:

If you’re local to Englewood/Dayton, Ohio, we offer free pickup, meet up, or delivery! Just choose that option at checkout and we’ll email you when it’s ready.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once your package is with the carrier, it’s out of our hands — but if something seems off or your order’s gone MIA, let us know and we’ll do our best to help track it down!
